Information we collect
We may collect and process the following information:
- Details you give us when you contact us by email or telephone, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message or enquiry.
- Booking and stay information once we are operating, such as the dates and details of your visit and any preferences or requirements you tell us about.

How and why we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, to provide the accommodation and services you request, to manage bookings, to operate and secure our website, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Depending on the situation, our lawful bases for processing are: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business; compliance with a legal obligation; and, where required, your consent.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business and website — for example our website and email hosting provider (20i, a UK-based hosting company) and, once we are operating, any booking or payment providers we use. These providers act on our instructions and are required to keep your information secure. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Storing your information
We aim to keep personal data within the UK and the European Economic Area. Where information is handled by a provider outside these areas, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards. We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details above.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information we would like the chance to put it right, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
